During 25+ year professional journey worked in an array of fields including child education, special education, corporate market research, adult education and lifelong learning & development.

An innate passion for human development, always actively seeking to be involved in, or responsible for training and development of others.

  • Develop training programmes and course materials for public training across a range of soft-skills topics.
  • Work with clients to determine employee training needs and develop effective bespoke training programmes, and subsequently deliver this training.
  • Work with clients post-training (action-planning / debrief / individual-coaching) to reinforce learning and to maximise implementation of new skills.
