The terms of participation described below are necessary to ensure the quality and interests of all involved 'having a legitimate interest' in the organization and conduct of the seminars by the Vocational Training Center - KEK Mita & Partners PS and A & L Partners Professional Services Ltd (PARTNERS PS, Partners PS).

Registration, participation position, is guaranteed by payment three working days before the start of the program.

Accepted payment methods are:

1. Send a check expedited.
2. Deposit or electronic transfer to a bank account.
   

*Payment must be made from the employer's business business account.

Companies that are eligible to receive a relevant subsidy from the HRDA due to the participation of their employees in the seminar are obliged to:

• Have a created profile on the online platform HERMES of HRDA.
• Fill in the online data collection forms of KEK Mita & Partners PS that are relevant to the registration process.
• Pay Social Insurance for the people who will participate in the seminar (exception for people who are in the special suspension of work scheme and are covered for participation).

In case of cancellation of participation: 

• 100% refund in case the cancellation was notified in writing at least three (3) working days before the start of the seminar.
• 50% refund when the cancellation was notified two (2) days from the start of the seminar. 
• 0% refund and claim payment of the full amount of the invoice when the cancellation was not notified 24 before the start time of the seminar.
• Replace the participant with another. 

The VTC Mita & Partners PS determines the training room or online space and the dates of the seminar. It reserves the right to make changes according to the number of participants, HRDA regulations and other justified circumstances before the start of the seminar.

A strict order of priority of registration is observed.

A certificate of participation is issued after the successful participation of the person who is at least 75% of the net total duration of the program and after the completion of the payment.

In case VTC Mita & Partners PS cancels the seminar, the full amount paid for participation is refunded.​

All material provided by VTC Mita & Partners PS is intellectual property. It is forbidden to republish, store in a rescue system and generally reproduce it in any way or form, in part or in summary, in the original or translation or other adaptation, without written permission of KEK Mita & Partners PS.

Material produced during the seminar or other event may be used by VTC Mita & Partners PS for promotional purposes.

VTC Mita & Partners PS ensures the management of the personal data of participants and companies with confidentiality of their excluded disclosure to third parties unless permitted by law and court order.

The above terms ensure the interests and smooth operation of all stakeholders involved in the conduct of a multi-enterprise program.
